1. قبول الشروط

Techrise is a company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, operating in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Specific service deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between Techrise and the client.

3. استخدام الموقع

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Website in a way that violates any applicable UAE or international law

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, videos, software, and design — is the property of Techrise or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on this Website without our prior written permission.

"تك رايز" وشعار تك رايز هما علامتان تجاريتان لشركة تك رايز. "Odoo" علامة تجارية لشركة Odoo S.A. وتُستخدم هنا وفقاً لشروط برنامج Odoo Partner الرسمي.

5. التزامات العميل

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
  • التعاون بشكل معقول مع فريق تك رايز طوال دورة حياة المشروع
  • تعيين ممثلين مفوضين لاتخاذ القرارات نيابة عن العميل
  • دفع جميع الرسوم وفقاً لجدول الدفع المتفق عليه
  • الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية مناسبة لبياناتهم وأنظمتهم

6. الرسوم والدفع

Fees for our services are set out in the applicable quotation, proposal, or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • جميع الرسوم مذكورة بالدرهم الإماراتي وغير شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك
  • الفواتير مستحقة الدفع خلال 14 يوماً من الإصدار
  • قد تخضع المدفوعات المتأخرة لفائدة بأقصى معدل مسموح به بموجب قانون الإمارات
  • Techrise reserves the right to suspend service delivery for overdue accounts

7. الضمانات وإخلاء المسؤولية

We strive to deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards. However, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Third-party platforms (including Odoo, hosting providers, and integrations) are subject to their own terms and availability.

8. تحديد المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Techrise, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the Website or our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. التعويض

You agree to indemnify and hold Techrise harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. خدمات وروابط الجهات الخارجية

Our Website and services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms such as Odoo, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

11. الإنهاء

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination of a service engagement is governed by the applicable SOW or service agreement.

12. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

13. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
